Pricing Structure

Storage

Once your item(s) arrive, you will have 15 days of free storage before we will charge a $10 a day fee.

Charges will begin on the 16th day of storage. Buyer is responsible of paying for any of the fee charges prior to part pickup or shipment.

How it works

1. Tell us what you want!

Send an to email to parts@enticedimports.com, DM us on Instagram, or use our contact form below and tell us what item(s) you would like to order. 

Please include your name, email, phone number, and links to the item(s) you are interested in. 

2. Receive your invoice. 

We'll send you an invoice for your order. After you accept and pay the invoice, we will place the bid for your order and make the purchase. Invoice will include total buyout, including container service and the shipping to the U.S.

3. Wait for container to arrive. 

You will receive updates when the container will arrive to our location!

4. Schedule a pick-up for your item(s) in Maryland, or wait for a shipping invoice!

If you're unable to pick-up your item(s) in Maryland, no worries. We can ship the item to you. Await for a shipping invoice.

Disclaimer

Enticed Imports uses third party services to import parts. There is no warranty, guarantee, or indemnity on the part of us, either expressed or implied, pertaining to the third party services. We are not responsible for sellers in Japan. Buyer acknowledges the risk that sellers may deliver items that are not described as the listing. Although this is not common, it can happen and buyer understands Enticed Imports is not responsible.

Once the final bid is placed for a product, it can not be canceled. 

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

All Sales Final Return Policy

1. No Returns or Exchanges:

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances.

2. Inspection Upon Delivery:

We recommend that you inspect your order upon delivery. Any issues or discrepancies should be reported to us immediately to ensure prompt resolution.

3. No Refunds for Change of Mind:

We are unable to process refunds or exchanges for items purchased by mistake or due to a change of mind. Please make sure you have selected the correct product and reviewed your order before finalizing your purchase.

By completing a purchase with us, you acknowledge and accept our All Sales Final Return Policy. We appreciate your understanding and support.

Damaged Goods Policy

1. Inspection Upon Delivery:

Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives. If you notice any visible damage to the packaging or product, take photographs of the damaged items and packaging materials.

2. Reporting Damage:

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your damaged shipment. Please include your order number, a description of the damage, and the photos of the damaged items and packaging.

3. Documentation Required:

To process your claim, please provide the following:

  • A clear description of the damage.
  • Photos of the damaged product, packaging, and any shipping labels.
  • Your order number and contact information.

4. Resolution Process:

Once we receive your damage report, we will assess the situation and determine the appropriate resolution. 

5. Return of Damaged Goods:

In some cases, we may request that you return the damaged item to us. We will provide instructions and a prepaid return shipping label for this process.

6. Exclusions:

Damage claims are only valid for items that have been damaged during shipping and do not cover issues caused by improper use or handling after receipt.
